It’s been an incredible summer & fall season for us at 123sWashington. We’ve stayed busy with room upgrades, gardening, and creating our beautiful outdoor seating space for visitors to enjoy.

Rhonda was very on top of communications and made sure we were not parked on the street for the snow emergency. She also offered for us to stay later because the cleaning people couldn't come till later in the day. There was a full kitchen of spices, oatmeal, coffee and fixings as well as hot cocoa and microwave popcorn. She left a box of sweet rolls that were delicious and a fun treat for our first morning. We enjoyed the cozy space, blankets and games that were provided. My husband and son played many games of chess. The book nook was a fun space for my kids to hang out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Copper Room was the perfect place for a short weekend away from the cities. Rhonda has created a perfect little hideaway, and we found the space to be extremely cozy and surprisingly well stocked for the size. The blackout curtains were wonderful, and we absolutely loved the ambiance. This place is a must-stay for anybody looking for a jumping off point for area adventures. All communication was prompt and straightforward, and at no point did we have any confusion about where to go or what the expectations were. Rhonda is an excellent host, and we would absolutely recommend her for any future stays!

The Artist loft was FANTASTIC! When I walked in I was speechless on how beautiful this place was. It was a perfect location for hiking at Interstate State Park and a day trip to Trollhaugen Ski Area. Rhonda was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating with the weather conditions. It was great showing up to the loft with the fire place running and a caramel roll waiting for us. Great way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back!!!

We wanted a private intimate place to welcome in The New Year ! This is our third stay here and it has always provided exactly what we were looking for. The Loft is immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. Rhonda was always available but never intruding on the privacy we sought. What you see in her listing is EXACTLY what you will find, an absolutely lovely private residence that is super warm and inviting. During our time there everything was closed ( NY Eve days and nights) There is a gas station across the street as well as a local bar if you get restless. There are places within driving distance if you need to go out . But if solitude and serenity is what you seek ~ this is THE place to be. We returned home, recharged, rekindled and reconnected. One of our favorite places of all. Thank you Rhonda for all that you do 🙏🏾

Our stay at the Artist’s Loft was incredibly relaxing. Rhonda doesn’t miss a detail when it comes to ambience, comfort, decor, and communication. We previously stayed in the Peacock Room across the hall and loved it. After looking at the pictures of the Artist’s Loft, we knew we needed to stay here to check out the book nook. This space was a favorite for relaxation and napping. Kitchen and bath were well appointed and Rhonda spoiled us with a few surprises, such as having a few essentials on hand and setting the mood with lighting and a seasonal, jazzy fireplace scene playing on the TV when we arrived (which we kept on much of our stay, as it helped set the winter and holiday mood). We will definitely be back either for a ski get away (just minutes from Wild Mountain & Trollhaugen) or during the warmer months for some kayaking fun on the river.

What can we say, this is our third time at Rhonda’s property but the first time in the super cute Peacock apartment🦚 What a beautiful space to relax after a busy day of exploring local wineries and breweries! Rhonda is a treasure, thank you for our surprise in the refrigerator 🍷🍷, it was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!

This place is magical and gives you the feeling of creativity. Unique, one of a kind, artsy. The linens and couch are very luxurious, and I so enjoyed that. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook all my meals. I felt right at home.

The Artist’s Loft is a gem in the heart of St. Croix Falls! We loved the artsy/funky/art nouveau/architectural salvage vibe and were pleasantly surprised by the large footprint of the space. We arrived after dark, and Rhonda had warm lights on, and lovely music playing softly in the background; it was incredibly welcoming! We were also delighted to find fresh caramel rolls from the local bakery, such a thoughtful treat! We enjoyed the tall ceilings and marveled at the huge wooden doors in the space. My husband created some art at the Artist’s Desk and attempted to use the telescope, but it was quite cloudy during our stay.

We had quite a pleasant stay at Rhonda’s Airbnb. The place was so cute and personal, very well decorated with an amazing patio area. On top of this, checking-in was extremely easy and Rhonda allowed for a flexible check-in time so thank you Rhonda! Additionally, as a host, Rhonda was prompt with her responses and even gave us a list of local events. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend getaway in a small town with a lot to do.

I rented Rhonda’s unit for a couple of days to get away from the city, do a little hiking, and do the Taylors Falls boat tour. It was a lovely weekend, which I unfortunately had to cut short due to a family conflict.
Rhonda’s unit is very nicely decorated. The high ceilings, as well as her exceptional use of a small space, made it feel much bigger than it is. It got a little chilly, in the 30s, at night but I was cozy warm with the baseboard heater. Outside of the building (where this is 1 of 3 uniquely-decorated units), Rhonda has a great setup for outdoor seating and lounging. She’s also working on a garden and an outdoor sound system. This is a delightful little spot. I am already thinking of when I could stay again.

The Artist’s Loft is super cozy and a fun place to spend a few days. I had to work during my visit, but the workspace in the room was awesome and felt like a treat compared to a regular work day. The decor in this room is so cool! Host is super kind and accommodating.
I definitely recommend booking this spot if you’re looking to spend some time in a quiet area with beautiful nature surrounding you. Plus a great place that allows you to bring your furry family members, too!

Such a great location and a beautiful little space! The perfect last-minute weekend getaway for my husband and I to get out of the city and escape the heat. The location couldn’t be better, conveniently located to all the area has to offer, both recreation and dining. Fun decor in a cool palate reminiscent of the beach, very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We’re located in the heart of the Saint Croix River Valley where there’s plenty of hiking trails, shops within walking distance, and just a short drive to Taylor’s Falls. Our unique vacation homes are a great getaway whether you’re traveling by yourself, with a partner, or the whole family.
